Love this pattern - such an interesting construction. I love knitting in the round and not sewing up seams. You knit the yoke first, then the body of the sweater. You put the stitches for the sleeves on holders and then after the body of the sweater is knit, you just put those sleeve stitches on your needles and knit the sleeves in the round. Then you pick up stitches and knit the shawl collar and placket.

I never knit with acrylic, but this colorway caught my eye and I liked it. Don’t really like knitting with this fiber - this will be the last time I’m sure.

I made a cute little Garter Ear Flap hat (pattern from Purl Soho) to go with it.
