Using one size smaller needle (mostly because the right size is on another project right now) but I’m making the 12 month size and this is for a baby that’s not born yet, so should be fine. She can grow into it.

Loved this pattern - so cute and the ruffle came out great. Would definitely make again. Didn’t do any buttons

I believe there is a writing error in this pattern. In the “Front Shaping” portion, when it comes to picking up stitches for the ruffle, it says “change to longer needles and start picking up stitches as follows” and then tells you how many stitches to pick up. So this is what I did. However. This is wrong. You need to pick up and knit stitches. There is a difference. I can’t believe no one else has made a mention of this error.

Finished Size:
top of shoulder to hem: 12.5”
underarm to hem: 8”
underarm to sleeve hem: 6”
