I am doing this with a size five needle and 11 sts across instead of 17 because that is the smallest set of needles I have currently. I noticed that the flat end is rolling a little. I hope it flattens itself out. I have about an inch done, and it feels like its slow going. Very easy so far.

I made a very big mistake while finishing this piece. I thought that I would want the slimmer 1/2 of the scarf to have a stockinette stitch, I thought it would look really nice, but unfortunately it is curling like crazy.

I will definitely be doing this again in a lighter weight. My husband likes it, but thinks its a bit to bulky.
