Okay people, knitting an entire adult sweater in sock weight yarn is nutso. However, the results are totally worth it. I added 3 inches to the bottom and 2 inches to the sleeves. Once this was blocked, it stretched in length about .5 inches every 2 inches. I did the cast off with a size 8 needle in order to have enough slack in the waist. I HEART THIS SWEATER
