Notes

I wove diamonds (Hazel Rose Looms, 3.5” tumbling block) in natural, olive and leaf green and assembled into a design that is 11 blocks long by 3 blocks high. After I got it assembled and all the ends woven in, I thought maybe it needs a border to give the eye a place to “rest” ( and to make the shawl wider). I am weaving 20 diamonds in jade heather (Patons Classic Wool) for the border. Before the border, the shawl is about 66”x14”. The border should add about 4”. To be continued!
