finished!!! and I absolutely love it!!! I actually looking forward to dull autumn days - this sweater will definitely bring some sunshine into them :)
didn’t run out of yarn but it was pretty close…

31st july
first sleeve is finished, working on the second.
I made up my own “pattern for the end of the sleeve - using K1P1 and also creating a hole for the thumb :)

25th july

working on the body, two more cc stripes and I’ll start the sleeves (to make sure I have enough cc yarn for AT LEAST some stripes on the sleeves)
so far I had absolutely no problem following the pattern…only, I’m using 3.5mm needles and I think it will be a little bit bigger than expected.
I’m knitting the size S and in real life I wear S/M and it looks quite wide - just like I wanted it :)
just wish me luck - I don’t want to run out of yarn (it wasn’t purchased locally so it would be pretty hard to get more) eek

so far so good, finished the first part of the cardi, now starting the stripes - making them wider (6rows cc 6 rows mc)
I’m pretty sure I’ll run out of yarn eventually, but I’ll worry about that when I get there.
