Made her with F hook and worsted weight yarn I had in my stash. She came out to be 23 inches. Perfect size for almost 3 yr old. The pattern was written beautifully and easy to follow. Only took 3 morning over coffee to make her, extra for the finishing touches. I put double scallops on skirt. Too thick, next one will only one row scallops.
