The only intentional modifications I made to the pattern were in regards to the seed stitch and neck bind off. I wanted the seed stitch to work out nicely, so I CO an odd number (239), knit the seed stitch, then increased to 240 in the last row of seed stitch. I did the same thing with the waist band - decreased down to 121, knit the waist band and decreased one more. I also picked up 43 stitches around each arm. I used Jeny’s Surprisingly Stretchy Bind Off for the neck and it worked out perfectly! No gaping yoke or neck and it’s stretchy enough to get over her head!
