Inspired by patterns and textures of nature, particularly moss and lichen, as well as coral, this crochet wool sculpture is heavily embellished with Czech glass beads, large paillettes, and pearls.

Sculpture is roughly 4 inches (10 cm) tall and 4.5 inches (11.5 cm) in diameter.

When I took the sculpture to the bead shop to help me pick out the pearls, the shop owner asked what it was and what it was for. I could only think “for the fun of it?” Haha! Why not? Sometimes it’s important just to follow your fancy.
