I used this pattern and made it bigger for more of a lap blanket rather than a baby size.
I increased the width of the blanket to 12 repeats of the diamond pattern, it is about 42” wide.

Finished! It took a really long time, but I am very happy with the way it turned out. The yarn was really nice to work with, and once it was done and I washed it, it got even softer.
