I like this pattern because there’s minimal sewing to do! It’s knitted all in one.
When I came to the purple border on the yoke and bottom I reversed the sides for plain/purl so that the stitches on the side showing would have more texture.

The hat is the same pattern as for the Baby Bobble Hat but to make it bigger I cast on 92 sts and used 3¾mm needles and 4½mm needles.
