My own calculations. I used the picture as a guide.

CO - 116 st with 3.5 mm needles. Change to 5.5 mm needles. 9 repeats of pattern (each 12 stitches). Short rows at the front to make a curve after rib has finished, 3 turns.
armholes - increase 1 st 6 times.

Sleeve - CO 50 st, add 4 at the last row of rib. 5 cm rib. 4 repeats of the pattern. Increase 1 st every 8/10 rows 9 times. 80 rows. Sleeve cup - short rows 3 turns.
