Bernat Pop calls for a H hook, but since I wanted a tighter drape to the fabric I used a G hook.

The Bernat Pop is a long line of color that because of the actual stitch pattern is slightly blurred where it changes color….I liked the effect of this rather than abrupt color changes in other stitches which form stripes. However, like other peoples comments, where they have tied off and started another color - it is noticeable and I don’t like it. I used two skeins of the Bernat Pop for the body of the blanket, I used I Love This Yarn from Hobby Lobby in Cranberry for the border. I still have another 3 skeins left of the Bernat - debating on making another blanket is this for say twins. Unsure tho.

The body of the blanket was 81 stitches (the pattern calls for 4 stitches plus 1). The border used the entire skein fo Cranberry Hobby Lobby I Love This Yarn.
