My original February sweater gets so many compliments when I wear it. It was my first-ever sweater, so I decided to knit it again, now that I know what I’m doing. Reading my notes from the first time around is comical. I have no idea what I was doing back then, and how I even ended up with a wearable sweater!

Mods this time around:
-My gauge is now much looser (a smidge looser than recommended) so I’m knitting the second size, aiming for a 40” or so.
-Still not going to do the lace. I like the St. st one I did before.
-One row buttonhole.
-Worked as written to Eyelet increases. Increase row: k7, pm, {k to m, inc 1, k1, inc 1} rep 1x; kfb every 6th st to sleeve m; {inc 1, k1, inc 1, k to m} rep 1x. Pm 7 sts before end.
-Cont raglan inc’s until there are 24 garter ridges.
-Remove sleeve sts; knitted CO 7 sts under arm, k2tog with st before sleeve, knit across to end of CO sts and k last one tog with next st after sleeve.

I think I’m done… I hope it blocks big. Measurements before blocking:
width - 18 1/2” - button band does not close, definitely does not overlap!
height at mid-front - 15 1/2”
