Notes

This is the first time I’ve tried dyeing a blank.. and I’m hooked! So much fun to do.

Knitting 2 at a time (separate needles) and just a top-down basic vanilla sock. The colours will be the star of the show.

Cast on 56 stitches. 2x2 ribbing.

Sept 30: Changed My Mind!! As we are all allowed to do! After knitting a few inches on the socks, I decided I really wanted to make this into a shawl. I’m knitting from both balls… switching back and forth every 2 rows so I get a full gradient.

I decided to use my Eyelet Ridge pattern. I have knit this shawl in fingering weight for other people. but I didn’t have one of my own… so voila!

Followed my pattern but made the following modification:

Added picot bind-off. I followed the tutorial by Berocco Yarns: https://youtu.be/zZirSIEsopo
