I added two extra rows to the top to create a ribbon band after the initial sc row.
Next row: ch1, sc same st, (ch2, skip 1, sc in next st….repeat to end) slst to join.
Next row: ch1, sc in same st,( 2sc in each 2ch space, 1sc in each sc to end) slst to join. Fasten off.
