4/24: gathered squares I’ve completed so far too see how they cooperate together. had to use a different purple couple of months ago as I couldn’t find the yarn in store. might work those squares at a later date, but I’ll see how it goes.

5/26: updated layout. worked a lot on the 6” squares the past few weeks to help “square “ up the blanket

10/17: started joining using flat braid method. decided on using the yellow as the joining color

10/18: halfway joined!

12/1: finished the border and sewed in the ends! just need to lightly block the edges so they lay flat for a nice photo and opening of the gift.
