CO 30st (as per pattern), knit both balls of yarn, until it was 85cm long.

For this pattern, I do a long tail cast on with both needles held together to create big CO stitches, these sit nicely once the stitches are dropped.

Before dropping stitches: 25cm wide 85cm long
After blocking:30cm wide 135cm long.

14% increase in width and 58% increase in length.
