People of a certain age will remember the flowered bathing cap! So uncomfortable, but so cute--at least in hindsight.

Gnormanda body and dress with a Gnoddy head/hat. No braids, because of course they’re under the bathing cap.

The dress came out too big, and I had to take some tucks in the neckline. Next time I'll make it on the smaller needles. I ended up remaking the dress in a semisolid color on much smaller needles (US 0), and it looks so much better.

I redid the nose too, and worked it as written. Gnormanda prefers a more significant nose.

After changing the dress and the nose, I steamed the whole thing thoroughly. I had not bothered to do that the first time. It makes such a difference.
