Finally, finally finished! I had to keep setting it aside to do knitting for other people, but now it’s done--just in time for Spring! Oh well, I love it anyway. It’s a lovely design, easy to knit, with nice clear instructions. Actually a very quick knit. I made this one extra long because I wanted it to be more of a dress.

If I knit this again, I will remember to add length to the textured section, not the stockinette section (if I want it longer), which will mean I can still reach the pockets, lol, and I will start the V-neck sooner.

gauge musings:

22st/32 rows before blocking
21st/27 rows after blocking

pattern gauge: 22 stitches and 30 rows = 4 inches
which means I’m knitting about 10% longer than the pattern, and just a smidge wider. The wider is ok. I’ll take the length into account as I go.
