Snail shell: using 2 strands of size 10 thread with a 2.5 mm hook

Body of the teapot I used Red Heart yarn with a 4.25 mm hook.

The finer work such as the flowers, leaves, etc used a 1.75 mm hook

For the windows used sports yarn with a 2 mm hook

It’s quite a fun project. In my case I didn’t have access to the teapot as it is a surprise gift for a friend’s daughter, but I did get the measurements. I ended up making a teapot body using some redheart I had left over, and used that as a guideline (and my own teapot now and then to see if it makes sense).

The two little “gonks” (or dwarves) next to it are from the Christmas Eve Gonk Novelty Decoration and Leprechaun Gonk by Ling Ryan

(The extra weird looking teapot was because I was making this for someone else). That’s also why the cover is slightly skewed on my teapot as the measurements are not exactly the same).
