For my great-goddaughter in Australia. I need something small, light & flattish to pack for easy shipping. These and a Miffy book should be perfect for her (belated) first birthday present.

Used the Dale Baby doubled.

Mods:

  • When joining in the first contrast colour for the neck, leave a long tail (hanging on the right side of the work) to use as the gathering thread
  • Tie ends of colours together inside as you go
  • Leave a long enough tail on one of the legs to repair the gap where the legs join
  • When casting on for ears & arms, leave a long enough tail to use to join to body/head
