I haven’t actually cast on yet, but have started a practice swatch while waiting for my wool to arrive.

Cast on complete, and edging wedge. At the moment more waste yarn than project yarn on the needles!

I’ve run out of wool while still waiting for the order I placed last week to arrive . One row off finishing the third repeat. I love knitting this project - it’s varied enough to be interesting, without being taxing.

Limited progress this last week, but now the first panel is finally finished.

Glacial progress this week, due to hurting my back a week ago. Also I wasn’t happy with my pick up the first time (I misinterpreted the instructions - you pick up through one loop only) so I did undid my first attempt and redid it. Really useful tips from TomofHolland on how to pick up the correct number of stitches can be found on the pattern discussion thread.
Now up to repeat three of the second section.
