Swatched flat (with floats) in different color combos and went with the color and texture contrast of this pair. Also swatched this pair on its own in the round for a good feel for the amount of negative ease I wanted to account for in the gauge.

CO 34 sts, patt will dec by 8sts to 26sts at wrist = 15.6cm at my gauge, = just a bit over 15.24cm wrist size. Perfect!
