Notes

I just had to try this. I have some rainbow dyed shetland that I navajo plyed and had started another project with it but didn’t like how that was turning out. I have 2 skeins of this but they are in different colours so I might stripe them. I have done 4 rows so far not really difficult at all. I started out with the markers on either side of the 36th and 125th stitch but found that was a pain to move them around so now I have movable markers on the stitches themselves (per the instructions). I had cast on then read some of the wiki, wondered if I should have done invisible cast on but decided I was too lazy to rip it out and start over.

I finished it off with some Dorset buttons that I made. I had seen another BSJ with them and thought they really were so cool and I had to learn how to make them. Very fun. I had trouble with the button holes, one side they were lower than the other, doesn’t really show but the buttons didn’t really cover up the holes. I did 2 stitch i-cord bind, I will do this again for sure.
