This fabulous duo is outstanding in this lovely yarn, … and extra cosy! As ever Jackie’s designs create gorgeous garments that are as comfortable to wear as they are beautiful to look at.

This 60/40 mohair wool blend was a delight to work with. it only bloomed slightly after washing, and feels absolutely fabulous! (You can see in the photos that the mohair isn’t fluffy enough to obscure the wonderful lace design.)

Note about the yarn: it is available from Belles Bouclettes, which is located on a small farm in eastern Ontario Canada. The mohair comes from their happy herd of angora goats. The yarns are spun in Canadian
mills,. Their lines of dyed and undyed mohair and llama yarns are fantastic! (For anyone who wants to
take their love of fibre into the bath, they also have some fabulous felted goat’s milk soap (along with some other body care produtcs), definitely worth
