A gorgeous pattern that creates a wonderfully versatile garment. The vest is also easy to customize while you are knitting it (thanks to its top down construction) and can be made as fitted or over sized as the knitter prefers. I used size 3/0 beads (from www.earthfaire.com) and found them easier for the textured boucle yarn to be pulled through.

Perhaps the nicest aspect of the finished vest is that it is equally comfortable and appropriate worn with jeans on an autumn walk, or as an accessory for a dressy outfit, day or evening. No matter when or where you choose to wear it you are sure to be warm and cosy!
