Notes

These two were made for each other! This touchably soft cuddly brushed mohair blend is shown here knitted into a most adorable teddy bear. Jackie’s fun pattern was designed for you to create your own unique bear, while still being detailed and easy to follow.

Meet Buttons, the fluffy Teddy worked in this delicious yarn. Buttons stands approximately six inches high, and was worked on size 3.75 mm needles. He has been lightly stuffed and is able to sit or stand (with a little assistance). He is modeling a fashionably long scarf knitted in Belles Bouclettes’ boucle, … he feels very cosy and thinks he looks dashing . The little darling is sure to enchant anyone lucky enough to hold him.

Note about the yarn: it is available from Belles Bouclettes, which is located on a small farm in eastern Ontario Canada. The mohair comes from their happy herd of angora goats. The yarns are spun in Canadian mills,. Their lines of dyed and undyed mohair and llama yarns are fantastic! (For anyone who wants to take their love of fibre into the bath, they also have some fabulous felted goat’s milk soap (along with some other body care produtcs), definitely worth checking out!)
