Notes

Each game is 2 rounds.
Home win: Green
Home loss: White
Away win: Orange
Away loss: Grey

I wanna see lots of green and orange! :)

I’m keeping a Google Sheet with the info about the scarf so I don’t get lost.

2015/09/09 -- WooHoo! Finished, with fringe!

2015/07/28 -- I grafted the bottom together with the Kitchener stitch today. And I knitted in another home loss. Scarf is completely current.

2015/07/27 -- I was a lot of games behind -- about 2 months. But over the past 2 days, I caught up. It helps that I’m recovering from kidney stone surgery and have lots and lots of time to knit while I watch TV.

2015/05/14 -- I’m a couple of games behind, but still having a great time with this. I’ve woven in the ends of my beginning bits of yarn. At some point, I want to go ahead and close the beginning so I don’t have that provisional part hanging out. When I do this again, I’ll attempt Judy’s Magic Cast On for the beginning instead of a provisional cast on. There’s no need to be provisional when I know that I’m just going to close it up.

2015/04/22 -- Caught up on all games to this point. Attended the game on 4/21, watched the Hoppers lose. They’re off to a road trip now.

2015/04/17 - Cast on! I’m making a scarf, 82 sts wide -- 41 on each side. St 41 and 82 are purl. I designed a little colorwork for the ends -- one end will say “HOPPERS” and the other will say “2015”

We were already 9 games in the season, so I had some catching up to do. Plus, the provisional crochet cast on kinda sucked (my first time doing it), so I ended up doing it twice. For the lettering, I think I should have held the white in my right hand instead of my left. I need to watch out for all the yarn tangling as I go up, but if I keep up every day, it shouldn’t be a problem.
