Notes

2012/01/05 - Teddy bear ended up being about five inches tall. Some folks think he looks more like a cat (a la Garfield) than a bear. Other folks think he looks like a bear. If I were to do it again, I’d attach the legs lower on the body. They’re fine how they are, but if they were lower, I think the bear would sit a little better without having to lean forward. Learned a couple of new stitch techniques on this project (SSK, e.g.). I had a great time doing the ears -- that was very neat. The hardest part was finishing up, sewing the detail on the face, and especially attaching the legs and arms. All in all, however, it was an easy project.
