Pattern gauge: 10x10 sts=7.5cm
My gauge: 10x10=10cm

My gauge is 1/4 larger than pattern. Reducing stitch count by 3/4 all over.

Adapted pattern to my gauge because I did not have enough yarn for a smaller gauge.

Alterations:
on front of foot, skipped round 4. Rounds 5-18 were worked over 26 stitches, until piece measured around 15 cm.
Back foot: row 1 worked over 4 stitches.
row 2, sc in next 22; row 3, sc in next 21; rows 4-12=22sc. Made only 3 decrease rows. Total of 33 rows worked for foot piece.

Upper ankle 35 sc around for 7 rows with 1 strand of Tumma Rosa and 1 strand of grey pink. Did not fastened off, continued working 8 sc down side band. Row 3 = 2 sc, ch1, 2 sc, ch1, 2sc. Worked 5 rows.

Measurements before felting:
27cm from toe to ankle, 16cm from top of button band to sole.

Ended up not adding any buttons because it was already looking very nice without them and you could hardly see the button holes after felting!
