I began these in the fall of 2014 for my niece but abandoned them when it seemed they would likely be too small.

I picked them up again when my eldest daughter admired the one I had completed last year.

I’m not crazy about the choice of yarn for these. I think I would prefer something studier and slightly thicker. Still, the colours are really beautiful and I learned a lot about stranded knitting.
