Lots of errors in this pattern, starting with the st numbers for the Med size, followed by some problems with completing the second piece (the note to “reverse shaping” isn’t quite accurate - use your intuition for where each “wedge” should go off the main circle rather than following the order given for the first half).
Also, the schematic is labeled wrong - one piece should be labeled (L) Front (L) Back and the other piece labeled (R) Back (R) Front (that’s assuming the dotted line on the schematic denotes a fold - don’t know what else it would mean)
…and now that I’ve sewn it all together, the bottom edge is too rigid for wearing. It is the result of the decreasing happening every row on the bottom edges (to create the wedge shaping), and I’m a little stumped as to how to combat this (unless I just open up the center front and back seams an inch or two and finish the raw selvedges off, allowing for more ease on the bottom…)
I hate it when knits that are planned as shop samples are both riddled with pattern problems and then don’t turn out to be very wearable!! :(
It’s a cool design, cleverly thought out, but the pattern (as written) won’t get you what the picture shows…
