Make a 64 st sock given how fine the wool is. Should have enough for this (second) pair…

Note: I’ll use fishlips kiss heel on this sock - to see how it goes.

Based on my foot template, the amount I need to knit between completion of heel and beginning the toe is 5.5”. The length between the back of the heel at the foot, not ankle (at the heel seam) is 6.5”. Remember this!

Started out with 27g of striped yarn and 5.5g of brown contrast colour PER sock.

Sock 1 used up 5.5g of the brown for heel and toe - I have 6.5g left which should be enough for the second sock but that is cutting it close! I also used up 23g (of the 27g) for this sock. But one sock only took 29g…

Make the second sock slightly longer (6.75”) because the first one (pre-blocked) is a smidge short…
