Notes

CO 60 st and dec to 56 on row before starting to do the 4 round repeat.

Do FLK heel.

Check the foot at 5” from heel to confirm if that’s where to start making the toe decreases… I did 15 repeats of the 4-round repeat which got me to 5.25”. Remember, this knitted pattern creates a stretchy fabric…

After the second sock you have 57g of the originally 100g skein of oyster and 10 of the green remaining.

04-10-2021

177g of the oyster colourway left (including the unused skein (103g), remnants of the first skein and the skein I used to make these socks…

KristinM100's adjectives for this yarn
  1. Beautifully dyed
  2. Very sturdy (even though I'd call this a light fingering)
  3. There's a lot of lanolin in the yarn and it's quite tightly spun and rustic, so there's more friction than you might imagine. Could be easier on arthritic hands but it does keep one's hands soft!
