Bust The Stash Project 5

I opted for the small and I think I could have gone bigger - or at least longer in the wrist. Next time I’ll make it 4 or 5 inches long vs. the recommended 2 inches.

It’s not a difficult pattern at all - and it’s presented in a very detailed fashion - but I find cables irritating because you can’t ever tune out. It’s not the kind of pattern that you can talk throughi

Finished first mitt and it’s 18 g. Too bad I didn’t lengthen the wrist. I’ll likely have 14g of yarn remaining which is not really enough to do anything with.

10 yards remaining. Def not enough to do much with but maybe I’ll find a use for it someday (or I’ll give away the “tiny remnant bag” to someone who loves to use small amounts of free yarn.

I’m glad I kept these. I wear them all the time and they’re warm and really chic. I would make them for myself (or others) again. The yarn worked beautifully for this purpose…
