Xmas knitting

Hat took @110 yards in size medium. Didn’t realize I was working with DK, not worsted, so I wish I’d made the large (this is for a large head). Mind you, I’ve wet blocked it and pinned to dimensions that would allow for 24 inch head. Here’s hoping the yarn has a bit of give (I NEVER say that!)

Since I used less yarn than expected, I can add in the cowl to complete the gift…

Cowl took @160 yards and I made the large. Haven’t blocked it yet but, before blocking, it’s a rather distorted tube. I’m hoping that the wet blocking will relax it where it’s required.
