A new and interesting texture to knit!

I knit left handed, so any symmetry is flipped.

Somehow my 2 colors blended in the stripe section to look like a really nice royally blue.

I don’t knit nearly as fast as Vivienne. She’s a machine!

I like the look and feel of the fauxchet. It is softer than real crochet, but is way slower for me.

Upper Triangle
When it says sl YO wyib or wyif do exactly that.

The YO and 2 strands is the YO and 2 floats from the slips.

The 3 strands are between stitches above the previous BO sections.

The end of row 8 is just like row 4. If you get this far, you can do row 8 too!

Mistakes I made to look out for…
I knit the YO instead of dropping it after the (k1, p1, k1) at the beginning of the row. It will quickly get your count off.
Forgot the p1, k1 under the 3 strands.

My BO didn’t really feel as stretchy as the Icelandic BO videos looked, but it does seem OK now.
