Okay, the madness really struck me by now.

After finishing the socks for Round 1, the Bonus-sock and the setup for a mystery-sock, I somehow felt the urge to redo the Twisted Madness-sock that came out SO small I could never wear them. I bought a lot of this lovely colorfull yarn, and just wanted to see how the LTT came out in this yarn, and decided I liked it.

I am completely baffled by how easy this sock knits up this time. Thicker, slicker yarn is the only adaptation I made. It knits up almost as fast as ribbing k1/p1 this time. It has more stretch, and looks like it will be an easy fit this time.

Nope, not good. Knit past the heel turn to about halfway the foot, then I gave up. Too thick, tight fit on the leg, too wide on the feet. Maybe some day I will reknit them but to be honest, there are so many nicer socks to spend my time and yarn on, that at this moment I doubt if I ever will.
