For my ‘vintage’ daughter (who will occasionally settle for reproductions ;) ) I started there thigh-high stockings for the winter.

Very weird for me to knit stockings on only 2 needles ; the pattern could have easily been made in the round. And it took me a LOOOONG time to just knit a single stocking ; stil have the other one to go. I hope I finish both stockings befor the winter is over…..

There were some problems in the beginning ; the pattern is missing a line where it says ‘purl all even rows’. But, with a little help of Ravely, I foun out. The rest was easy, really.

Now on with number 2…….

And although Winter is almost over , she just got a few more cold days to try them out ;)
