Notes

Thanks to Alison LoBianco at Modern Grace Design for the lovely pattern. This is a well written easy to follow pattern that makes a beautifully textured blanket. Made with a J hook and worsted weight yarn. Measures 34” x 37” including border. This pattern makes a dense heavy blanket even though it is made with a J hook. Took longer than I thought it would as each row does not have much height. The way the rows lay side by side makes every two rows about an inch in height. This would make a good winter baby blanket. I started this in February and forgot about it until last week and finished this week. I think I got bored with all the gray, but the mint color border looks great with the gray and adds just the right pop of color. For the border, I continued in the same pattern with two rounds of mint.
