Kind of winging it
Started with 80 fsc then alternating rows of back loop only hdc and hdc.

Added a sc border around neckline as neck opening was a little large.

Adding fringe to bottom then done!

5/6/2018- Added fringe around the bottom and one round of slip stitch around the neckline. Done!
