Very simple- just 12 rounds of 46 hdc. I have 12.5” calves and crochet on the loose side. These fit loosely over my calf with enough stretch to fit over jeans. I used two different yarns because I ran out of CSS. I used the Red Heart for the bottom of the cuff and the bow.

I followed pattern for the bow and sewed them to the top of the cuffs.
