I didn’t quite understand how to do the the mouth, so I didn’t do mine quite the same. After I read the comments, I realized “duh”. I wasn’t equating the word “pole” to double crochet. So the teeth are made by chaining 3, for the first one and double crochets for the next 3.

Skull measures 4.5” x 3.5”. I used a G hook and worsted weight cotton yarn. I crochet on the loose side, so if you crochet tightly, yours might be a little smaller.
