Front and back panels: 25 rows
Beginning chain: 64
Follow pattern as to row decreases to 49 stitches

Wrong sides out, seam panels up sides leaving 8 rows unseamed each side (16 total) for armholes.
Turn sweater right side out, then working in the round sc evenly around armhole (32 sc), ss to first sc, ch 3, turn. Following stitch pattern for remaining rounds (ss together at end of each round, ch 3, turn)
Round 2: 32 stitches
Round 3: 31 stitches
Round 4: 30 Stitches
Round 5: 29 stitches
Round 6: 28 stitches
Rounds 7- 17: 27 stitches
(Every round goes in the opposite direction of the previous round)
Shoulder seams, stitch each side closed, sweater wrong side out, leaving neck opening about 17 stitches each side (34 total).
