Well, I did what I wasn’t going to do- start another project before completing my 4 wips. This should be a quick project before I finish my Cascade cardigan. (Just 11 rows left to complete!)

Trying this rug with WAK The Fabric Yarn!

I crocheted a total of 11 rounds. Followed pattern through round 9, then skipped to round 14.
Round 10 (round 14 in pattern): sk 2 st instead of sk 1 st
Round 11: sc around, except in ch 1 spaces (skip them), and add a chain 2 after each sc in the 3rd dc of each shell. The chain 2 gives the shell a slight peak.

I used 3 skeins and only had 6ft left of the 3rd skein.
