Thanks to Carol Ballard for this free pattern! The pattern is simple and easy to follow. I followed directions for beg. chain and made 34 rows. The length goes from below my knee to over my foot with a little scrunchiness. I am 5’ 9”, 12.5” calves, and I crochet on the loose side. The leg warmers are a little big around, so I would take off a couple rows next time.
Modifications: I wanted these to go with some fingerless gloves I already made, so instead of the sc, dc pattern, I did straight hdc. I want to make another pair using the sc, dc, stitch combination in the pattern.
