This blanket is simply alternating 4 rows of hdc and two rows of hdc, ch 1, skip 1. 73 stitches across by 52 rows. Before the border, the blanket measures 24.5 “ x 26.5”.
Worsted weight cotton with a 6.5mm (K) hook. I crochet on the loose side.
The border is the same one I used for my project “Granny Square Blanket with Matching Hat.” Note: In round one I only skipped 2 stitches rather than 3 because I used a lighter weight cotton for the border than I did for the blanket. I used dk cotton and a 6.5mm (K) hook for the border.

Note: I did not use much of the 3rd skein of the Dove or the 2nd skein of the Creme Brulee, so could have made it slightly larger. Possibly 6 more rows in length and a few more stitches wide.
