10/1/17 One hank balled up and ready to go. I’m not even sure what stitch pattern I will be using. I wanted to make the cowl by Kim Simpson, but that requires aran or dk weight yarn I believe, and I purchased fingering weight, so just going to wing it.

10/2/17 Starting out with a 7dc shell stitch to see how I like it. I wanted something with a little interest, but not too detailed as I want this gorgeous yarn to shine!

Going with the 7 dc shell. Wasn’t sure if I wanted it long enough to double, but decided to just make it short and save the other skein for something else.

10/7/17 Finished. Decided I wanted a shorter cowl for this one. Took less than one hank.
