Right side, place stitch marker at 18 stitches across form corner Join yarn at corner.
row 1: Back loop only, DC across to last 4 stitches, crochet 2 together, twice
row 2: Front loop only, DC 2 together twice, DC to end of row, ch 3, turn
row 3: repeat row 1
row 4: repeat row 2 (no ch 3 at end, fasten off)

Left side: place stitch marker 18 stitches in from corner. Join yarn in 18th stitch.
row 1: Back loops only, DC two together, twice, Dc to end of row (corner) ch 3, turn
row 2: Front loops only DC across to last 4 stitches, DC 2 together, twice, ch 3, turn
row 3: repeat row 1
row 4: repeat row 2 ( no ch 3 at end, fasten off)
Back: 12 round solid granny square, back loop only, add four rows across top alternating back loop only and front loop only

Single crochet top seams with right sides together. Single crochet side seams, right sides together, up to point where you want armholes to be.
